Yes. Every new shop starts on a free trial with no card required. You choose a paid plan from your backoffice when you're ready, and you're only charged once you confirm on Razorpay.
No. Counter charges a flat monthly plan. There's no commission on till or online sales. Razorpay's standard payment fee applies to online payments.
Yes — upgrade or switch from Plan & billing in your backoffice at any time. The new plan's billing starts from the day you switch.
Monthly, through Razorpay, with UPI autopay, a debit or credit card. Counter never sees your card or UPI details.
Your data stays safe and exportable. If a payment fails we'll let you know in the backoffice so you can fix it before anything changes.
